Through-hole muffler EP012

Straight-through muffler – ideal for use with a throttle.

Muffler dimensions:

  • Muffler canister length options: 300 / 350 / 400 / 450 mm
  • Inlet/outlet pipe length: 50 mm
  • Inlet diameter options: 63 / 76 mm

  • Available outlets:
    at inlet 63, outlet 63 and 50
    at inlet 76, outlet 76 and 63

Straight-through design muffler

  • Made entirely of polished T304 stainless steel
  • Fully welded and hand-finished
  • All components manufactured using CNC technology
  • 100% made in Poland
  • 24-month warranty

The interior of the muffler consists of:

  • Perforated stainless steel pipe
  • Stainless steel wool resistant to temperatures up to 1100°C
  • Full-fiber heat-resistant glass mat
  • Stamped end cap resistant to cracking

Embossing (or deformation) on the perforated pipe inside the muffler:

  • improves sound damping,

  • reduces resonance,

  • can affect the sound characteristics (deeper, more bass-heavy tone).
